Kansas City’s One Stop Shop for Expedited Forklift Training and Job Placement

For years KIP Network has been placing students and prospective employees with career training opportunities and jobs that will help them advance their careers and excel in life.  At the helm is founder Bernard Springfield whose background is in education and particularly in educational recruitment.  Many years ago Bernard saw a need in the community for an underprivileged area of the market.  He noticed that men and women who were looking to move up via training, a trade, and other like options had little guidance and opportunity in front of them.  Bernard decided to help people empower themselves by pairing them with opportunities to move forward and take a step up the ladder, regardless of their backgrounds.

Now KIP Network has seen a growing need in the market for Forklift operators.  Warehouses and delivery companies are busier than ever and set to grow at stunning rates over the next ten years.  However, a huge issue with people who set out for training is then knowing who they want to work for, setting those interviews up and being matched successfully.  Thus we have Kansas City’s own Forklift Operator Training.  This is a ONE day program where students will arrive in the morning and finish at the end of that day.  The very next day the graduates will meet with employers and make a match that suits them.

This exciting new opportunity serves multiple purposes in our community.  It helps people become certified in a trade, and it does so quickly so these men and women can get out in the workforce ASAP.  It also helps companies find already pre-screened employees at a time where hiring and maintaining a workforce is a full-time  effort for many businesses.

Bernard and KIP Network are excited to help businesses with their hiring needs for warehouse personnel while providing an expedited educational service to students looking for this kind of work and certification.  In addition to the one day training, and the pairing with potential employers KIP network is also working diligently to help students finance their training.  Often trade school options have limited financing available and they can be expensive.  KIP network has payment plan options for the Forklift certification as well as sponsorship options for students who qualify.

The goal of KIP network is to empower men and women to take a step up the career ladder with knowledge.  As Bernard always says: Knowledge is Power.  In today’s workforce so many skills are valuable and this is one that is at the top of the charts.  The goal of KIP is to help men and women advance their lives through this training while helping local businesses fill their needs of qualified employees.

The first classes are set to take place later this month on May 25th 2022 and KIP network is still interviewing prospective students!  Feel free to reach out to Bernard himself at 816.462.7793 if you are interested or know someone who is.  If you are a business who is interested in partnering with KIP about potential employees feel free to reach out as well!
